Postnatal by Umi

Our Postnatal bolt-on course will give you a much better understanding of (and, hopefully, a kinder approach to) your post-baby body. You’ll give your physical recovery a headstart and remove some of the shock and confusion that so many women experience in the days, weeks and months after having a baby. Over 11 modules you’ll learn about what to expect in the early days post-birth, how to support your body in recovering from birth (both vaginal and C-section) before your 6-8 week check and beyond, and when and how to return to exercise. Plus you’ll receive loads of practical tips and demos which will empower you to take control of your own rehab, for example how to check yourself for diastasis recti abdominis (“ab separation”) and how to massage your c-section or perineal scar.
