How do I sign up to your course(s) and content?
Do I have to watch Essentials by Umi before I work through the rest of your content e.g. Pregnancy by Umi or Postnatal by Umi?
Ideally, yes. Essentials equips you with a foundation of knowledge upon which our other courses build. However, if you don’t have time right now, don’t worry. We let you know throughout where you would benefit from revisiting certain topics within Essentials to ensure that you don’t miss out on any of the relevant information.
Do Pregnancy by Umi or Postnatal by Umi include a workout programme for me to follow?
Nope. Our Pregnancy and Postnatal courses are not online workout programmes. These courses are designed to educate you about your body so that you can be more autonomous in your exercise and lifestyle habits, moving in a way that supports your long-term pelvic health at every stage of your life.
I haven’t had a baby and don't plan to. Is Essentials by Umi for me?
Absolutely. If you’re a woman, Essentials by Umi is very much for you. Irrespective of age, life stage, or reproductive choices, this course is relevant for all women, everywhere - everyone can benefit from the content we have included.
Is there a minimum term?
There is no minimum term for Umi memberships. Cancel anytime. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Please see the Terms & Policies for full details.
How do I cancel or pause my Umi Plus membership?
You can cancel your Umi Plus membership at any time via your My Hub page. On cancelling you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Start it again whenever you need via your My Hub page.
Why did you decide to support charities, and how did you choose them?
As a team, we have made the decision to donate 10% of our profits to women’s health charities. Umi covers a broad range of women’s health topics and, as such, we feel that supporting a group of charities would be better than just one.
What if I am not satisfied with the courses and/or content?
If, for any reason, you decide Umi is not for you, not meeting your expectations, or simply not what you thought it was, you can cancel your membership (see Terms & Policies). However, it would be really helpful for us to understand why your experience fell short of being satisfactory, so please do drop us a message if this is the case.
How do I access my course(s)?
Once logged into your account you can access all courses and content from the My Hub section of the menu. All paid content can be found under Umi Plus.
